How can I buy CCNA tokens?

To purchase CCNA tokens, please follow the instructions below:

1. Create an account with INX.One and apply to trade digital securities.
2. Complete the KYC/AML verification.
   
   

Proceed to the onboarding page to begin the process of verifying your identity, also known as the KYC (“Know Your Customer”) and AML (“Anti-Money Laundering”) process. All information submitted will be securely transmitted to INX. You will receive a notification once the account is approved. 

Please note that, among other things, the KYC/AML process will require you to provide government-issued identification for the Purchaser as follows: 

-Individual purchasers must provide a copy of government-issued identification such as an unexpired driver’s license or passport

-A purchaser that is an entity must provide (i) a copy of the entity’s certificate of formation, trust or other organizational documents, and (ii) a copy of a form of government-issued identification such as a driver’s license or passport of the person authorized to sign the Subscription Agreement as well as identification for all the officers and directors and any beneficial owner of 20% or more of the entity.

Next, (unless you are a non-U.S. person purchasing our offering outside the U.S.) please proceed to the accreditation tab to verify your accreditation status. The most common accreditation documents are tax returns or W2s or 1099s for the last two years, bank or brokerage account statements verifying $1M USD in net assets, or a letter from an attorney or a CPA validating that you are accredited. These documents must be dated within three months of the investment date. Once this process is complete, you will receive an email notification.

3. Review all information.
   
   

Once your account is verified, carefully and fully read the Private Placement Memorandum, including all of the exhibits (collectively, the “PPM”), including the form of the Subscription Agreement.

4. Click on the “Invest Now” button 

The “Invest Now” page will guide you to: 

-Select the dollar amount of CCNA Tokens you wish to purchase and the payment method

-Electronically sign and submit the Subscription Agreement; and

-Pay for the tokens to the account listed for the Company in ETH, USDC or US dollars. Payment instructions will be provided. USD can only be sent via wire while cryptocurrency purchases will be done through a web3 connection via your browser wallet.

Once items 1-4 are completed and your subscription agreement is accepted,  you will receive an electronic link to the fully executed Subscription Agreement via email. Your subscription agreement will not be considered for acceptance unless and until each of the actions listed above is completed and approved by INX.
