When on the Deal Room platform, you may notice some offerings are private and confidential, or locked. In order to invest, issuers request that prospective investors sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) in order to protect the offering’s details.
By selecting “Unlock” on an opportunity, you will be prompted to sign an NDA. Once you’ve reviewed and signed the NDA, you will be able to access the investment opportunity and view more details such as the pitch decks, financials, and other offering details. Violating the NDA may result in a permanent ban from the Deal Room, among any applicable consequences pursuant to Regulation D.
