How was the Cash Fund Distribution calculated?

The distribution per token was calculated by dividing the total amount in the Cash Fund (around $34 million) by the number of outstanding INX Tokens not held by the Company at the time of the Cut-Off Date. After the closing, the Company transferred your portion of the distribution, minus any expenses allowed under the Prospectus and the Token Purchase Agreement (TPA), as well as any taxes or charges required by law.
