Why we perform KYC and AML checks

INX ONE allows you to trade many assets from two different asset classes: Cryptocurrencies and security tokens. Cryptocurrencies are listed on INX Crypto while Security Tokens are listed on INX Securities. Both are regulated by the applicable state, federal and self-regulatory authorities. In accordance with various regulations, we are required to identify users registered on our platform.

Collecting and verifying identity and residency documents, enables us to protect our customers from bad actors and enables us to maintain the highest possible compliance with applicable laws and regulations relating to anti-money laundering (‘AML’) laws in any jurisdiction that we operate in.
